Install BlackCart's Google Chrome extension, and we'll put an Add to BlackCart button inside all of your favorite online stores. Add your picks to your BlackCart from any of our supported online retailers, and get everything shipped to you in a single parcel without paying upfront.
Once it's there, you have 3 days to try them on, decide on what you want to keep, and request a pickup for the items that you didn’t like. We'll only charge you for what you keep, and a BlackCart agent will come pick up what you decide not to keep, so we can handle the returns for you. Only pay $2 per item picked up and returned.

The BlackCart Chrome extension lets you add products from your favourite retailers directly into your BlackCart, as you surf. Once the free extension is installed, it will add an 'Add to BlackCart' button onto the product pages of all of our supported retailer websites, so that the clothes you love can be added to BlackCart with the click of a button.
BlackCart is free to use, and costs $2 per item picked up and returned. For items that you choose to keep after you've tried them at home, you will be charged the price listed online (including any taxes, discounts or promo codes you provide). There are no additional fees or mark-up for the items you purchase via BlackCart.
We partner with a number of online retailers where we receive better service (i.e. faster shipping times!) as well as commission, in exchange for sending them customers. For returns, we charge $2 per item returned as a pickup and processing fee.

You can try as many items as you'd like - in fact, you're encourged to try more rather than less! So if you're worried that a pair of jeans might not fit properly, go ahead and order more than one size of the same pick!
There is no maximum limit to the amount of items you can try through BlackCart, though we may occasionally place limits to your account if it has been flagged for suspicious activity.
Yes! Just send a note to our support chat with the coupon code before an order is placed, and we'll make sure to apply it. Certain promo codes, such as student discounts, won't work with BlackCart but we'll always let you know if the promo is not applicable.
Unfortunately not. We cannot offer the try before you buy service on any items that cannot be returned to the retailer. If you are ok with not being able to return the item, let us know in the chat and we'll place the order for you.
Typically, no. However in rare cases, we may be able to add additional products to your already-submitted order if we have not processed it already. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product details as soon as possible.
We ask for your credit card information so that if you decide to keep any of the items you've picked to try, we can charge you for them. You are never while placing an order. Unfortunately we cannot process any orders without a credit card on file.
We take on quite a bit of risk by sending high value items without charging our users for them first. So, as a precaution, we occasionally place a temporary authorization on a credit card to test for funds. Normally, this charge is automatically refunded within seconds, but it remains visible to some customers for longer. We will always keep you updated with detailed notifications and receipts from BlackCart for any upcoming or processed charges.
When you keep an item, we charge your card. Sometimes that charge will decline, but for BlackCart to work, it's very important that we get paid back. Cards get declined for a variety of reasons, so the first thing we do is contact you and give you some time to fix any potential issues. If we aren't able to successfully complete the transaction for the items you have kept after more than two weeks, we reserve the right to apply late fees, and/or pass the customer's account to a collections agent.
Packages typically arrive within 5-7 business days of placing and confirming an order, depending on each retailer. We will always notify you as soon as your items are available. The items in your order will be delivered in a single parcel.
You have 3 calendar days after physically receiving your clothes to decide what you want to keep. If there are any items that you do not want, just send a request for pickup via our website within 3 days of receiving your items. When you have made your decision, we will send one of our couriers straight to your door. Provide your courier with all of the items that you don’t want in the same packaging that you received them in. That's it. Quick and easy!
